Josh grew up in Bend Oregon. His first experience in Real Estate was as a loan officer for several years. He then moved to Las Vegas in 2013 to work with his father and get his Broker/Salesman license. He has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration & Accounting. Josh is great with traditional Buyers & Sellers, but has spent most of his time specializing in distressed properties, Short Sales, Probate Transactions and Foreclosures. He loves to spend most of his free time working in his Bonsai Garden and Meditating.
